PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to release a skinned molded object from a mold after vacuum-molding. SOLUTION: A large number of recessed parts 19 are formed over the entire surface of a skirt forming part 7 so as to surround a base material setting part 5, in the way that each of the recessed parts 19 is encircled by a projecting strip part 17 and independent of each other.
