PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead for a pneumatic tire free to lighten itself and reduce cost and capable of improving road noise, riding comfortability and uniformity, the pneumatic tire, a manufacturing method of this bead and a manufacturing device. SOLUTION: The beads 10, 10A to 10F forming a bead core part 2 of the pneumatic tire 1 are made by forming a linear body 11A made cylindrical by rounding a belt member 11 concerning the widthwise direction B, arranging a core member 16 in the inside of the linear body 11A made cylindrical, forming the belt members 11, 12, 13 cylindrical by rounding them in the widthwise direction by accumulating a plurality of them and forming the belt member 11 so as to have a part of a plurality of layers overlapped in a cylindrical shape by winding the belt member 11 in an annulus ring by at least more than one round.
