PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen apparatus which delivers the lead of a ball-point pen by pulling backward the crown or inner barrel, and is telescopic and excellent in durability with a simple structure having a small amount of components. SOLUTION: The delivery type ball-point pen comprises an outer barrel 2 having a mouthpiece provided at the tip end, an inner barrel 6 straightly slidable backward from the intermediate part of the outer barrel, a rotatable barrel 4 freely rotatable inside of the inner barrel and an inside fixed position of the outer barrel, a slider 7 which is fixed to the crown 8 provided behind the inner barrel and slides inside of the rotary barrel and is lockable with the rear end part of a lead holder 3, and the lead holder which can freely detach a ball-point pen refile 31 straightly slidable forward from the intermediate part of the outer barrel, wherein a screw groove 19 is formed on the surface of the rotary barrel to allow the screw projection 20 of the inner barrel to be engaged therewith to make the rotary barrel freely rotatable by the telescopic operation of the inner barrel to the outer barrel, while a delivering screw groove is formed on the surface of the barrel part of the lead holder to allow the delivering projection provided at the inside tip end part of the rotary barrel to be engaged with it.
