PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed wallpaper having high scratch resistance while keeping the foaming characteristics such as a soft feeling, a volume feeling or the like possessed by a foamed resin layer and capable of being suppressed in the occurrence of curling. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper is constituted by successively laminating a first non-foamed resin layer, the foamed resin layer and a second non-foamed resin layer on a paper base material and both of the first and second non-foamed resin layers are constituted of a resin composition containing a polybutene resin.
