PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a laminated material for packaging from being curled in spite that the laminated material is constructed of only a synthetic resin films. SOLUTION: The laminated material for packaging comprises laminating a sealant resin layer (B) on a base material layer (A) of a synthetic resin film. The base material layer (A) comprises a synthetic resin-made surface layer (1) having a printed reverse surface and a synthetic resin-made print protective layer (2) formed on the undersurface. The sealant resin layer (B) comprises a synthetic resin-made reverse surface layer (3) and a synthetic resin-made cushion-donating layer (4) formed on the upper surface. The base material layer (A) is thicker than the sealant layer (B), the base material layer (A) has a bigger modulus than that of the sealant layer (B), and the modulus of the base material layer (A) is in the range of 1 to 7 GPa.
