PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a wall finish having excellent scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted by successively laminating at least a thermoplastic resin layer, a decorative layer and an ionizing radiation curable resin layer on a paper base material and the ionizing radiation curable resin layer contains silicon beads and is crosslinked and cured by the irradiation with an electron beam. Further, the ionizing radiation curable resin layer is the uppermost surface layer and has excellent scratch resistance while the thermoplastic resin layer contains at least a foamed resin layer formed by foaming a foaming agent-containing resin layer.
