PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that supporting of the head by a headrest is not stable since the headrest supporting the head by moving forward is returned due to loading by moving backward of the head. SOLUTION: The headrest 3 is fitted to a backrest frame 16 so as to be movable forward and backward, the backrest frame 16 is provided with back collision sensors 25, and the the headrest 3 is moved forward by backward moving of the back collision sensors 25. The backrest frame 16 is provided with engagement pieces 51 rotatably by a fitting shaft 59. The engagement bending parts 53 of the engagement pieces 51 are engaged with a headrest fitted rod 10 to which the headrest 3 is fitted, when the engagement pieces 51 are displaced by inertia generated by back collision, and the engagement pieces 51 on the right and left sides of the engagement bending parts 53 are provided with weight parts 55 projected to lateral sides.
