PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image conversion panel and a radiographic diagnostic imaging system suitable for a case such as mammography whose main subject is the soft tissue and used for the application of low imaging radiation energy. SOLUTION: The thickness of a phosphor layer is set to 100-300μm, its relative density is set to 65-80%, and a size (d) of an exciting light reading a radiographic image when reproducing the captured image on the conversion panel satisfies [d≥5r (wherein, (r) is an average column diameter of a columnar crystal of a photostimulable phosphor layer of this radiographic image conversion panel)] and [d≤3p (wherein, (p) is a pixel size of the reproduced image)].
