A retaining medium is designed as a spreading unit (8) with a seesaw-like lever unit (11) supported at the adapter. The unit (8) in cooperation with the adapter exerts pressing forces on the inside of the wall of the bar. The unit (6) grips the adapter within the area of an opening of the bar.</p>
