METHOD OF EVALUATING RENAL DISEASE ACTIVITY AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
摘要

It is intended to provide a method of evaluating renal disease activity at a high certainty and an apparatus therefor. By using a fluorescent-labeled anti-CD14 monoclonal antibody and a fluorescent-labeled anti-CD62L monoclonal antibody, the sediment of the urine collected from a human subject with a risk of nephritis is treated and CD14-positive CD62L-negative monocytes are detected by the flow cytometry method. In the case where the CD14-positive CD62L-negative monocytes are detected in a large number, it is considered that the subject suffers from active inflammation in the kidney. Thus, the renal disease activity can be noninvasively and specifically evaluated. Moreover, the renal disease activity can be evaluated at an elevated certainty.
