<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological organ dilator facilitating work of being replaced with another biological organ dilator in a stent indwelling work and capable of narrowing its diameter further in the biological organ dilator using a self-expandable stent. <P>SOLUTION: This biological organ dilator is provided with a distal-side tube 2 having a guide wire lumen 21, a proximal-side tube 4 fixed to the proximal part of the distal-side tube 2, a stent storage tubular member 5 covering the distal side of the distal-side tube 2 and being slidable in the proximal direction, the stent stored in the tubular member 5, and a traction member 6 for moving the tubular member 5 in the proximal side. The distal-side tube 2 is provided with a proximal-side opening 23 opened at the proximal side of the distal-side tube 2 and a stent locking part 22 regulating the movement of the stent to the proximal side, and the outside diameter of the proximal-side tube 4 is smaller than the outside diameter of the maximum diameter part at the distal side of the proximal-side tube 4 of the biological organ dilator 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
