<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid body which can be easily opened or closed by a small force, and gives no pain to the hand in opening/closing operation. <P>SOLUTION: Wing plates extending to the outside of the lid body are provided in the height direction of the lid body on the outer peripheral face of the lid body screwed on a mouth part of a container main body. The wing plates are provided so that the fingers or the hand can catch them in the direction for rotating the lid body, and in addition, the wing plates are formed by making for example, corners of the wing plates round and widening areas coming into contact with the hand so that the wing plates have no possibility of biting into the hand when they are gripped by the hand.
