<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element with high performance especially by simplifying manufacturing process of a counter electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The counter electrode having a conductive substrate and a catalyst layer is formed by preparing paint containing noble metal particle and conductive polymer, and painting the paint on the prescribed conductive substrate. Next, a photoelectrode having a semiconductor layer on which a prescribed dyestuff is adsorbed, generating electromotive force by excitation of photo-absorption is formed, and an electric charge movable layer is formed between the counter electrode and the photoelectrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
