<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electro-optical device, which is free from positional deviation of an optical film and bubble mixture to a sticking interface by using a prescribed pressure roller to press-fixing a polarizer with a pressure of a certain value or lower. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an electro-optical panel including a step of sticking an optical film to a substrate for the electro-optical device by using the pressure roller including a grip, a roller part, and a roller holding part, the optical film is placed on a surface of the substrate for the electro-optical device and then is press-fixed to the substrate for the electro-optical device by using the pressure roller which has the grip connected rotatably relatively to the roller holding part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
