<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used car assessment system and used goods assessment system capable of quickly obtaining assessment information of corresponding used goods on the spot and surely obtaining the assessment information in receiving and assessing, for example, a used vehicle and other used goods. <P>SOLUTION: In a label 2 with an IC tag 1, a first ID (tag display ID) is preliminarily written in the IC tag 1, and an ID being the same as the ID is preliminarily displayed on the surface of the label 2 in a visually recognizable way. When assessing a used car, the label 2 with the IC tag 1 is attached to the used vehicle being an assessment target, the assessment information of the used car is inputted to a portable information terminal 3, the inputted assessment information of the used vehicle is written in the IC tag 1 of the label 1 and on the other hand, the ID is read from the IC tag 1 of the label 2.
