PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system capable of efficiently performing distributed arrangement of management information such as charge information necessary for operation of a P2P type distribution system for managing it.

SOLUTION: This distribution system is provided with a node C serving as a requester receiving distribution of contents, nodes D, F, and H serving as content holders performing distribution, a plurality of nodes E, G, B recording charge data about the distribution, and a node A reading the charge data K corresponding to the same distribution from the respective nodes E, G, and B and processing the charge data K.
