MEDICAL DATA REMOTELY COLLECTING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical data remotely collecting device capable of transmitting medical data measured by a patient at home to a hospital side with a minimum operation.

SOLUTION: The medical data remotely collecting device comprises: a medical data measuring part 11 for measuring a plurality of pieces of medical data; a medical data storing part 12 for storing the measured medical data; and a medical data transmitting part 13 for transmitting the medical data through a communication line. The medical data remotely collecting device further includes: a medical data transmission information storing part 21 for storing communication information including environment setting information according to the other transmission party and a transmitting method about the stored medical data; and a transmission timing confirmation signal receiving part 22 for receiving a signal designating timing for transmitting the medical data. When the signal designating the transmission timing is transmitted with the depression of a prescribed button belonging to a portable cellular phone capable of an input operation as a trigger and when the transmission timing confirmation signal receiving part receives the signal designating the transmission timing, the medical data are transmitted on the basis of the communication information.
