<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-wavelength light-emitting diode that easily adjusts a component proportion, an application range, and the amount of coating when mixing a fluorescent material with an LED chip, emits a planned light color, and increases luminance, and to provide an LED chip structure of the multi-wavelength light-emitting diode. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi-wavelength light-emitting diode and the LED chip structure, a fluorescence layer having at least one fixed wavelength is installed at the bottom of the LED chip. The LED chip is fixed to a carrier, connected to the circuit of the LED chip by a metal wire, and covered with a cover material, thus coupling the light source of the LED chip to the wavelength of the fluorescence layer, and forming the multi-wavelength light-emitting diode for emitting the planned light color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
