PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device, equipped with a plurality of input/output units, making exchange of information by reflecting user's will appropriately in each unit to be possible. SOLUTION: Information that is established by operation with a first operating means and is reflected in display of a first displaying means is also made to displayable even in a second displaying means. In this instance, controlling of execution/inexecution and display mode is implemented according to indication from a second operating means, namely indication by serial operating input using the second operating means and a display setting selected preliminarily by operation of the second operating means. On the other hand, although editing information in the side of second operating means and second displaying means can reflect in displaying contents in the first displaying means, in this instance, controlling of execution/inexecution and display modes of contents concerning to editing is implemented according to indication by the first operating means, namely indication by serial operating inputs using the first operating means, and display setting selected preliminarily by operation of the first operating means.
