PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of recovery of ink droplets turned into a mist, so as to solve the problem that the inside of a printer is stained with the ink droplets turned into the mist. SOLUTION: This printer comprises a carriage for moving a nozzle, and an electrode which is moved with the carriage and used for adsorbing the charged ink droplets ejected from the nozzle and failing to reach the medium.
