PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder with which a mobile phone is mounted on fingers and held and operability is improved without damaging portability. SOLUTION: A pair of engagement means are provided for locking a belt 2 in both upper and lower ends on a rear side of the mobile phone, the belt 2 having elasticity as a holding means is fitted between the pair of engagement means, and the mobile phone is held by inserting fingers between the rear side of the mobile phone and the belt 2.
