PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellphone which can measure an automotive driver's physical body with a high precision and can contribute to a safety driving. SOLUTION: This cellphone recognizes a human's face, eyes and mouth and the like from an image obtained by a camera 10. Further, simultaneously, the cellphone measures a time period from an utterance of conversation voices from a speaker 12 to an input of responsive voices to a microphone 11. The cellphone measures a frequency of a blink, the number of breathing and a conversation responsive time and the like per unit time to create reference data. When a measurement value goes out of the reference data at a given ratio or higher, it is considered that an abnormality occurs in a driver's physical body condition to issue an alarm. The alarm may be issued from the speaker 12, or issued from, for instance, an automotive audio apparatus or the like by communication with the other apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
