PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the presence of failure of a speaker without requiring skillfulness. SOLUTION: A driving signal is given to a speaker 3, a non-diffusion light is incident toward the surface of a vibration portion of the speaker 3 from a light source 4 from an angle inclined obliquely to a shaft 5 of the speaker 3, and an irradiation portion of the non-diffusion light on the surface of the vibration portion is confirmed, thereby inspecting whether the speaker is working or not.
