PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a high-resolution pattern, particularly, that suppresses the occurrence of short circuits between patterns, and to provide a method for forming an electric wiring circuit, and a method for forming a printed transistor that uses the same. SOLUTION: A pattern composed of a first ink 14 is formed, by passing the first ink 14 through an opening 10a of a screen mask or a stencil mask 10 in a stencil-printing method. A second ink 12 is applied to a non-opening part 10b of the screen mask or the stencil mask 10. After that, the first ink 14 and the second ink 12 are applied on a base material, by making the first ink 14 pass through the opening 10a of the screen mask or the stencil mask 10.
