PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a projection device constituted by incorporating a light source so that light may be emitted from a projection part, and restraining the emission of the light from the projection part when the attitude of the projection part is not the aimed one. SOLUTION: The present projection angle of the projection device at the present stage is calculated, based on the detection output of a gravity sensor 32. When the present projection angle does not coincide with the aimed one, a lamp 40 is turned off.
