PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve which facilitates nailing at a fixed portion thereof, contributes to reduction of costs for sleeve members, prevents formation of a gap between the fixed portion and a floor surface, to thereby prevent infiltration of whitewash into the sleeve. SOLUTION: The sleeve consists of a sleeve body and the fixed portions extending outward from both edges of the sleeve body. The sleeve is formed of a rigid synthetic resin, and for use in securing a through hole in a concrete structure constructed by placing concrete.
