PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing arrangement capable of testing the phenomenon that fixing screws, which fastens disk plates for securing a tarpaulin on the ground materials of a roof, becomes loosen by high winds and violent winds, with excellent repeatability. SOLUTION: This testing arrangement (A) is a device for testing looseness of the screws for fixing the tarpaulin for the roof, and is provided with a model 10 of the roof ground, a frame 20 for supporting the model 10 upside down, a specimen retainer 30 for retaining the tarpaulin Ts, and a vibration generator 40 for vibrating the specimen retainer 30. In this case, the retainer 30 is provided with a specimen receiving frame 31 for putting the peripheral brim portion of the tarpaulin Ts on, and a pressing frame 32 for pressing the peripheral brim portion of the tarpaulin Ts put on the receiving frame 31.
