PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for automatic flat plate packaging capable of preventing any displacement of laminated sheet on a transferring conveyor, poor packaging and paper folding inside the packaging without having any relation with seasonal causes such as humidity, temperature and the like and capable of contributing to improvement in productivity. SOLUTION: There is provided a method for automatic flat plate packaging for correcting either a displacement in lamination of laminated sheets or a permanent deformation of packaging paper by applying an electrostatic force to either the laminated sheets or the packaging paper with an electrical charging device in a flat plate automatic packaging device. In addition, an apparatus for automatic flat plate packaging is provided in which the laminated sheets are placed on the packaging paper to perform an automatic packaging and a charging device for applying an electrostatic force to either the laminated sheets or the packaging paper is placed on a transferring conveyor for transferring either the laminated sheets or the packaging paper. Additionally, it is preferable that the charging device can be moved freely upward, downward, forward, rearward, rightward and leftward.
