PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small granule conveying vehicle capable of conveying pellets of gas hydrate or the like, charging pellets or the like irrespective of the height position of a charging port of a storage tank, and efficiently discharging pellets or the like from an accommodation tank. SOLUTION: Pellets 21 of gas hydrate are stored in an accommodation tank 1 on a chassis, and conveyed in a cooling mode. When a charging port 20 of a storage tank 19 is low in position, the accommodation tank 1 is inclined backwardly by an inclination device 13, pellets are charged into the storage tank 19 from a first discharge port 3 in a rear face of the storage tank 1. When the charging port 20 is high in position, pellets are charged into the storage tank 19 from a second discharge port 9 by a vertical conveyor 16 adjacent to the width direction of the first discharge port 3 and a discharge conveyor 17.
