PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for an eating and drinking capable of minimizing the risk of injuring the inside of a mouth by an unexpected impact while a little child, a sick person or an aged person or the like eats and drinks. SOLUTION: While functional parts (11, 21, 31, 41) at the distal ends of the tools (10, 20, 30, 40) for the eating and drinking are manufactured with the material of hardness required for realizing a function, grip parts (12, 14, 15) are constituted so as to be deflected when receiving the impact of a prescribed magnitude or more and keep the shape when the impact is less than the prescribed magnitude. For instance, the grip part can be constituted by incorporating a core member (11c) extended from the functional part in a longitudinal direction in a soft member.
