Transmission means (2) of an information processing device (1) transmits user identification information identifying a user, a password, and device identification information identifying an information processing device to a management device (7) managing the information processing device (1). Reception means (3) receives registration completion information indicating that the user identification information, the password, and the device identification information have been register while being correlated to one another in the management device (7). Storage means (4) stores the device identification information transmitted by the transmission means (2) in a storage medium (5). When the device identification information is not stored by the storage means (4), control means (6) controls the transmission means (2) to transmit the device attribute information indicating the attribute of the information processing device (1) and request information requesting the advertisement information.
