PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system, an electronic device, a verifier server and an authentication reliability determination method that can easily determine the reliability of the authentication of the holder of the electronic device.

SOLUTION: A value digitization part 109 of an IC card 10 digitizes value information stored in a value information storage part 101. A value number output part 111 outputs a value number N that is the sum of numbers to a terminal 20, and the terminal 20 sends it to the verifier server 30. A value number acquisition part 32 of the verifier server 30 acquired the value number N, and an authentication reliability determination part 33 determines the reliability of cardholder authentication consisting of personal authentication and IC card authentication.
