<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adherend removing device for removing the adherend deposited to an object to be washed in a gas phase by applying ultrasonic vibration to the object such as piping or the like, and an adherend removing method using it. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for exciting the object to be washed such as a round pipe 5 or the like using an ultrasonic wave so as to be matched with the resonance frequency of the object, an ultrasonic vertical vibrator 2 is fixed to the object such as the round pipe 5 or the like through a horn 3 to excite the object by the ultrasonic wave of the vertical vibrator 2 and a bending vibration mode is applied to the object to remove the adherend deposited to the object in a gas phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
