摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging structure along with an electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus, using the same, in which a terminal where an oxide film is said to be difficult for electrical connection is formed, is easily and electrically connected to an electronic components due to conductive particles for improved reliability in electrical connection. <P>SOLUTION: Conductive particles 24 of an anisotropic conductive film 23 comprises a core 26 which is harder than, or similar to, an electrode terminal 18 as a first terminal, and a conductive layer 27 covering the core 26. So, even if an oxide film 29 is formed on the surface of electrode terminal, by, for example, the oxygen in the air, the conductive particles 24 can forcedly enter the electrode terminal 18, including the oxide film 29 when an X driver IC16 is press-fitted to a first substrate 5 for proper electrical connection between the electrode terminal 18 and a bump 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
