<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an opposite party of a mail address change securely with a lightened cost of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a mobile terminal 10 setting a mail address; a mobile phone company terminal 30 in which the mail address of the mobile terminal 10 is registered; and a server 20 for receiving the mail address before and after the change and a destination mail address to which the mail address change is to be reported from the mobile terminal 10. The server 20 confirms the mobile phone company terminal 30 of the registration of the mail address before the change, and when the above mail address is not registered, the server 20 generates a change notification message including the mail address after the change.
