PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the fixing forces of various types of fasteners in real time. SOLUTION: A washer 1 is provided with a stress luminescent body 2 which indicates emission intensity according to the magnitude of given mechanical distortion. By measuring emission intensity from the stress luminescent body 2, it is possible to accurately measure the fixing force of the washer 1 to an object. Since the stress luminescent body 2 can be provided for a fastener by application even if the washer 1 has any shape, it is possible to easily measure the fixing forces of various washers 1 to an object. Since the stress luminescent body 2 instantaneously emits light when an external force is applied, it is possible to measure the fixing force of the washer 1 in real time.
