PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare Web page data which can be retrieved based on the position information of image data. SOLUTION: A Web page data preparing means 10 acquires the location information of a facility, and acquires the peripheral information of a facility by using the acquired location information. The Web page data preparing device 10 generates Web page data by describing the acquired location information and peripheral information as tag information in Web page data.
