PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground injection method capable of preventing the collapse of a boring wall by inserting an injection pipe such as a foundation ground improvement or the like directly under the existing structure in a diagonal direction, a horizontal direction or a curved line-like boring hole. SOLUTION: The ground injection method is so constituted that a plurality of bag bodies 7 are mounted to an injection pipe X external wall 6 at regular intervals, the injection pipe device X opening an outer pipe discharge port 9 inside of each bag body and between the bag bodies 7 adjacent to each other in up and down is inserted into the boring hole 3 of the ground 1, the inside of each bag body 7 is filled with a hardening suspension from the outer pipe discharge port 9 opened in the bag body 7, it is swelled to form a bag packer 14 and, at the same time, that a grout is injected from the outer pipe discharge port 9 opened between both bag packers 14 and 14 adjacent to each other in up and down to make the consolidation of the ground 1, and it is constituted from such a process that the boring wall 10 between the bag bodies 7 and 7 adjacent to each other in up and down is treated and stabilized with a permeable hole wall stabilizer and that the grout is injected into the ground 1 from the outer pipe discharge port 9 opened between the bag packers 14 and 14 adjacent to each other in up and down through the stabilized boring wall 10.
