PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel lining concrete inner surface reinforcing method and its structure having a remarkable effect in improving strength and toughness causing no brittle breaking even when tunnel lining concrete receives rock pressure, and having excellent inspection performance after reinforcement. SOLUTION: The tunnel lining concrete inner surface reinforcing structure is constituted by disposing an inner surface reinforcing member with lacking parts on the tunnel lining concrete.
