PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor formation method and a floor formation structure capable of facilitating the reuse of a member such as a steel frame or the like without specially increasing manhour in a construction site. SOLUTION: A deck composite slab floor formed by placing a concrete 2a to a deck plate 4 consists of a plate 3 on which the deck plate 4 detachably provided to a steel frame 1 is mounted, the deck plate 4 mounted to the plate 3 with a plug welding 3d and gabled plate materials 6 and 6 in two piles arranged between both deck plates 4 and 4.
