PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable weight reduction by simply dispersing and arranging many impressive patterns on a fence surface and easily diversifying the patterns. SOLUTION: Many parallel crossing places, wherein two adjacent vertical wire rods 3 with bent places 6 and two adjacent horizontal wire rods 5 with bent places 7 cross one another in parallel crosses, are dispersed and arranged on the fence surface; additionally, at least each one of the bent places 6 and 7 provided in each of the four vertical and horizontal wire rods 3 and 5 is arranged in each of the many parallel crossing places which are selected from among the parallel crossing places; and the many patterns 10 are dispersed and arranged by forming the pattern including wire parts in the at least four bent places 6 and 7.
