PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament which is provided with a base material mainly composed of a plastic material and has excellent permeability of electromagnetic waves and an excellent aesthetic appearance and durability, to provide a production method of the ornament capable of producing the ornament, and to provide a watch having such ornament. SOLUTION: The production method of the ornament comprises a process of forming a first film 3 composed of a material including at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Cr, Ti and a compound of Cr and Ti on a base material 2 mainly composed of a plastic material, a process of forming a second film 4 composed of a material including at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Ag and Al on the first film 3, a process of forming an aperture 6 by irradiating the base material 2 with a laser beam from the surface side opposite from the surface on the side provided with the second film 4 thereby removing a part of the second film 4, and a process of forming a coating layer 5 on the second film 4.
