PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for antifouling treatment which, when coated on various base materials to form antifouling layers, makes both aqueous and oily stains hard to attach thereto and which can easily remove various stains attached to the surface of a base material without damaging the surface even if the base material is a foamed material. SOLUTION: The agent for antifouling treatment is obtained by dispersing a film-forming component consisting of an acrylic resin emulsion and a film-formable silicone emulsion and spherical silicone rubber beads having an average particle size of 1-10μm in a dispersing medium.
