PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared-reflecting coating composition effectively reflecting infrared light contained in sunlight, etc., and to provide a road surface structure and a building rooftop structure treated with the composition and preventing a temperature rise. SOLUTION: The infrared-reflecting coating composition comprises (1) a resin component having≥40% infrared transmittance in the infrared wavelength region of 1,100-2,100 nm wavelength and (2) one or two or more kinds of infrared-reflecting pigments having≥40% infrared reflectance in the infrared wavelength region of 1,100-2,100 nm wavelength.
