PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank with a simple part structure and suppressed manufacturing cost capable of being mounted to a fuel tank made of polymer. SOLUTION: In a part 100 for the fuel tank, a connector 104 weldable to the fuel tank made of polymer is certainly bonded to a housing 102 by a chemical bond instead of a mechanical engagement structure. Any of these connector 104 and housing 102 are preferably constituted by a denaturation material chemically bondable to each other. A level difference is formed, if necessary, on a bonding part 110 of the connector 104 and the housing 102 in order to increase a bonding area of both. Since the connector 104 and the housing 102 are chemically bonded and there is no mechanical engagement, the bonding structure of both is simplified and complex working required for molding the part and cost for it are reduced.
