PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washstand allowing a user to easily remove keratin on the face without extending the living traffic line. SOLUTION: This washstand is provided with a first water discharge means 5 discharging tap water, a second water discharge means 12 discharging functional water having keratin removing property, an electrolytic cell 24 supplying the functional water having the keratin removing property to the second discharge means, and an electrolysis auxiliary agent supply mens 23 supplying the electrolysis auxiliary agent to the electrolytic cell.
