PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plurality of tomograms of sections with a noted region standing out while avoiding increase of the exposure dose and the extension of the time for tomography, and to allow an operator to observe the tomograpms feeling the depth. SOLUTION: The apparatus is of the tomosynthesis type to obtain tomograms with a reference section MA and a plurality of parallel sections Ma1-Man and MB1-Mbn by one synchronous movement of an X-ray tube 1 and an FPD 2, so that tomograms of a plurality of sections can be obtained while avoiding the increase of the exposure dose of a subject M and the extension of the time for tomograph. Furthermore, the apparatus is also of the dual energy type to obtain tomograms by adding subtraction images obtained by subtracting the X-ray radiographic images of high tube voltage and low tube voltage, so that the noted region in the tomograms can be made outstanding, and as the tomograms of the reference section Ma and the parallel sections Ma1-Man and Mb1-Mbn are consecutively displayed, the tomograms can be observed with the feeling of depth.
