PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of a treating instrument and to eliminate the possibility of the stay of fouling objects by eliminating a shifting part from a treating instrument insertion tube to a connection pipe. SOLUTION: The treating instrument insertion tube 12 constituting a treating instrument insertion channel is constituted of a tube main body 20 and an inner layer tube 21 provided on the inner side of the tube main body 20, and the tube main body 20 is constituted of a net 22 formed by knitting metal wires and a resin layer 23 put on the net 22. The connection pipe 14 is provided so as to connect the treating instrument insertion tube 12 with other path structures, and the connection pipe 14 is connected so as to be held between the tube main body 20 and inner layer tube 21 of the treating instrument insertion tube 12 for a prescribed length.
