PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spinning cutter which is formed by spot-welding a plurality of members from breaking on originating the spot-welding. SOLUTION: When a hexagon cap nut 32 is tightened by fixing the cutter to a main shaft 22 through tightening a washer 31 with the hexagon cap nut 32 after placing the washer 31 covering a spot-welded part 33 of the cutter formed by spot-welding the plurality of members on the cutter, the upper part of the spot-welded part 33 around a penetrating hole of the main shaft 22 in the central part of the cutter is pressed by the washer 31. Consequently, since a load is never applied on the spot-welded part 33 in spite of a blade edge sustaining high impact, the breaking of the cutter which originates the spot-welded part 33 is prevented.
