<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system that enables remote control of a personal computer or the like, for example, in the process of a presentation. <P>SOLUTION: Input control information is converted into a predetermined pattern series and modulated to specific wavelength light with time series changes depending on the converted predetermined pattern series, the modulated specific wavelength light is radiated to an object, and the object irradiated with the specific wavelength light is shot at predetermined frame rates.
